📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow,Manage and develop a team of employees,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction,Monitor and control inventory and supplies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers,Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the laundry industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
