Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes,Maintain food quality and safety standards,Keep the kitchen clean and organized,Assist in inventory management,Prepare and present dishes according to the menu,Assist in training and mentoring new staff,Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning,Assist in special event preparations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Good physical fitness and stamina,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
