In this role, you'll work closely with our team of designers, developers, and marketers to bring our clients' visions to life. You'll be responsible for creating concept sketches, 3D models, and digital prototypes using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, and SketchUp. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but also user-centric, ensuring that every product we create is intuitive and engaging.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop high-quality 3D models and digital designs for various products, from concept to final prototype.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including sketches, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in product design.
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions to refine designs based on user needs.
• Present designs to clients and stakeholders, explaining design choices and rationale.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices within the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and digital design skills.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ergonomics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
