As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality diamond products to customers. You will work closely with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote and sell diamond products to customers in the Balikpapan area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations.
