🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fresh produce or retail industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Agriculture, or a similar discipline.
• Certification in food safety and quality standards, such as HACCP or SQF, is a plus.
