📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation.
  • Support the creation and management of procurement documents and contracts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
