Food Pearl Sejahtera is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping the company achieve its financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Preparing and analyzing financial reports for management and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Managing the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Preparing and reviewing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assisting in the preparation of the company's budget and financial projections.,Providing financial advice and recommendations to management.,Supervising and mentoring junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
