📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed targets.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.,Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and influence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using CRM and other business development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
