📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices in nursing.
  • Assisting with the management of the nursing unit, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
