📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure they are able to effectively use and maintain our products.,Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.,Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.,Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure that our products and services remain competitive and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role in the industrial gearbox and gearmotor industry.,Strong knowledge of industrial gearbox and gearmotor solutions, including their design, installation, and maintenance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
