📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for the hotel project,Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with engineering standards,Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in structural engineering,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers,Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software,Strong understanding of building codes and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of construction materials and methods,Familiarity with project management principles and tools
