📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a specific department within the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Ensure the department meets all operational and quality standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records and reports for the department.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with restaurant operations and management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
