📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing direct patient care.,Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, assisting with injections, and changing dressings.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the nursing staff.,Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Promote a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or practical nursing program.,Valid nursing assistant license or certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols.
