In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, and training and mentoring your team. You will also be involved in sales activities, including negotiating with customers and closing deals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-7 employees responsible for managing inventory, sales, and customer service for automotive parts and lubricants.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP or similar software to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their performance and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
• Conduct sales activities, including negotiating with customers and closing deals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
