📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and consistency.,Develop and implement technical writing standards and guidelines.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documentation.,Support the technical support team by providing accurate and helpful information.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for technical documentation.,Train and mentor junior technical writers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
