📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our in-house inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage product consumption and forecast future inventory needs.
• Replenish stock levels to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
• Work closely with our procurement team to ensure timely delivery of new products.
• Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Provide regular reports on inventory levels and consumption to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding product storage and handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to product storage and handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20kg.
