📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge.,Train and mentor junior chefs and staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Maintain food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication within the kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary standards and trends.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
