📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of production tasks.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to optimize productivity and resource utilization.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes with other departments.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the production environment.,Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and support to the production team.,Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve production targets and KPIs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the production or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
