PT Media Cempaka is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
