📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Maintain and improve our IT infrastructure
• Ensure smooth operations and provide technical support to employees
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
• Provide training and support to new employees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects
• Work with the IT team to ensure data security and privacy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud computing
• Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ITIL
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
