You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, implementing effective inventory management systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover, and report to management.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
