📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic student recruitment plans to meet annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, recruitment agents, and international partners.,Oversee the recruitment process, from initial inquiry to student enrollment.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.,Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a cohesive recruitment strategy.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay current with best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing student recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in education, business, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in student recruitment, preferably in an international education context.,Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
