PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a 1-year contract position within the Government Sector. As a Senior HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's strategic initiatives and driving HR excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring HR Business Partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality HR services to the business units.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and mentor HR Business Partners to ensure they deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Oversee HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience working in the Government Sector is a plus.
