📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain Oracle's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.,Ensure the high availability and reliability of our IT systems by implementing and monitoring redundancy and failover mechanisms.,Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system performance.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users.,Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth integration and operation of new systems and technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior system administrators and other IT staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Oracle technologies.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure in a remote environment.,Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
