📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Source and select high-quality coffee beans from reputable suppliers.,Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation techniques.,Ensure a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.,Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.,Fluency in English is a plus.
