📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Follow recipes and baking techniques to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Prepare doughs and other ingredients according to specified recipes.
• Bake and decorate pastries and cakes as per customer orders and menu specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Learn and apply new baking techniques and recipes.
• Support the team in achieving daily production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a bakery or kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with using commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry machines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for baking and creating delicious pastries and bread.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
