🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the life sciences sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified in Medical Affairs (CMA), is a plus.
