As a Debt Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collection of overdue amounts. You will use our in-house CRM system, Salesforce, to track and manage all debt collection activities. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Contact debtors via phone, email, and in-person visits to negotiate repayment plans and settle outstanding debts.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all debt collection activities using Salesforce.
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve complex debt collection cases.
• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements related to debt collection.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all dealings with debtors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
