📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess potential micro-business clients in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan
• Provide tailored financial solutions and products to meet the unique needs of small business owners
• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their financial goals are met
• Conduct financial consultations and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Monitor and report on client performance and financial health
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in micro-banking or a similar role
• Strong understanding of micro-business financial needs and challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with banking products and services, including micro-loans, savings accounts, and insurance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant banking software
• Ability to travel to client locations as required
