📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with table assignments and ensure guests have a comfortable dining experience.
• Uphold the steakhouse's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning tables.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Promote the steakhouse's menu and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to continuously improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fine dining or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiasm for food and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks as needed.
