In this role, you will work closely with our retail and supply chain teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies that drive operational excellence. You will use tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage and optimize our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities at the right time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into inventory performance and trends.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
