📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the cooperative, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive financial growth and community development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to cooperative governance.
• Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparency among cooperative members and staff.
• Manage and mentor a team of cooperative officers and staff.
• Represent the cooperative in community and industry forums.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Promote and implement initiatives that enhance the quality of life for cooperative members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperative management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with cooperative laws and regulations in Indonesia.
