Lead and oversee the development and implementation of Coinbase's regulatory strategy and compliance programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and sanctions compliance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure a proactive and responsive regulatory approach.,Monitor and assess regulatory risks and opportunities, providing strategic advice to senior management.,Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and compliant with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.,Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory trends and developments, and advise on potential impacts on Coinbase's business operations.,Collaborate with the Chief Regulatory Officer to ensure the effective execution of regulatory initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or a related discipline.,10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on financial services or a related industry.,In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, including those related to AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance.,Proven experience in leading and managing regulatory compliance programs and initiatives.,Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and filings requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
