📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Bridge communication between Indonesian and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and company events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
