📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the business.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and manage the budget, ensuring that financial resources are used efficiently.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and tax laws in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
