📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage live streaming equipment and software, including cameras, microphones, and streaming platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality video and audio during live events.
• Manage live feeds and multiple camera angles to create engaging and dynamic broadcasts.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of live streaming schedules and playlists.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices for live streaming.
• Provide technical support to presenters and guests during live events.
• Document and report on technical issues and resolutions for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming or video production.
• Proficient in using industry-standard live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Strong technical skills in video and audio production, including camera operation and audio mixing.
• Experience with live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube Live, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with streaming protocols and codecs (e.g., H.264, VP9).
• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
