📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Recover outstanding debts through various channels, including phone calls, visits, and emails.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Provide regular reports on collections activities and progress.
• Work closely with the collections team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving collections targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with collections software and tools, such as Home Credit's internal systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
